⏱️ What are the production times?

We work with three categories:

Purchased items: 1–2 business days

In-house printed items (T-shirts & boxers): 2–3 business days

Handmade items (lingerie, chokers, harnesses, FLURT Home-made): 5–7 business days

Are you ordering multiple handmade items? Processing may take a little longer — each piece is made with care and attention.

📏 How do I know if it will fit well?

If you follow the size chart or correctly fill in the requested dimensions, the item will fit well.

It is therefore important that this information is provided accurately.

Absolutely. From personalized chokers to complete party outfits — FLURT thrives on custom work.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with us via various common payment methods, depending on what is easiest for you.

All payments are made via a secured connection, so you can order with peace of mind.

🖊️ Can I change or cancel my order?

This is possible as long as production has not yet started.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will see what can still be done.

❌ Can I return my order?

As our products are made or printed to order, we only accept returns in the event of a demonstrable production error.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, briefs, and boxers cannot be returned, except in case of a defect.

Do you have an issue? Please let us know — we're happy to work with you to find a solution.

🌴 Do you have holiday periods?

Yes. Leave periods are announced in advance on our website and social media.

Orders will still be possible, but production will restart after our return.

Shipping

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Delivery time is usually 3 to 20 working days after dispatch, depending on the country.

Any delays due to customs or local postal services are possible.

Any import duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Which shipping methods are available?

We work with different shipping options, depending on your location:

🇧🇪 Belgium:

  • Bpost
  • Mondial Relay
  • GLS
  • Manual transfer (only if we meet in person soon at an event, fair, or club)

🇳🇱 Netherlands:

  • PostNL

🌍 Europe:

  • GLS or FedEx (depending on the most advantageous shipping option at that time)

🤝 What does "Manual order transfer" mean?

You should only choose this shipping option if we will be seeing each other in person soon (for example, at an event, trade show, or in a club).

👉 It is therefore not a pick-up option by appointment.

Are you unsure if this applies to your order? Feel free to contact us — we'll look at it together.

Do you still want shipping afterwards? Then we will simply add the shipping costs and send your order anyway.

🔒 Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Yes. All orders are discreetly packaged, with no mention of the contents or FLURT on the outside.

⚠️ My package arrived damaged, what now?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage.

We will provide a suitable solution such as replacement or a refund.
